Rapport and professionalism has emerged out as a major component in this season responsible for many failures....
CS exam has included few new checklist questions in the form that SP fills once you leave after ending your encounter.....
I have developed an hypothetical checklist that they may be using for making a candidate pass or fail in this component which I think it covers most of the items that must be done during an encounter.... everybody has checklist for data gathering and ICE and those regular checklist in FA which are now falling short in order to pass in this component.
