37 Year old female presented with chronic bouts of diarrhea. After multiple visits and investigations she was finally labeled to have irritable bowel syndrome. Several therapeutic agents have been tried but none worked including high fiber diet, antispasmodics, antidiarrheals, and antidepressants.
Which of the following drugs can be tried in this patient?

A- Tegaserod
B- Carbamazepine
C- Metoclopromide
D- Alosteron
E- Ergot allkaloids
