i would choose iron.. thinking microcytic anemia .. folate and b12 would cause megaloblastic so thats out. and cholesterol and vit E dont exactly ring any bells when i am looking at an MCV <70

i did the same but the exact answer is cholesterol ,,, i didnt get that .. may be due to metabolic syndrome .;;;
