i would choose iron.. thinking microcytic anemia .. folate and b12 would cause megaloblastic so thats out. and cholesterol and vit E dont exactly ring any bells when i am looking at an MCV <70

is that question from nbme 15? i believe it is ... i choose iron and i got it right ... maybe your key is wrong?
