You are posting nice buzzwords
but let me say this

Current USMLE exams are getting away from buzzwords to complicate the matters

For example in the case of turner syndrome, they (in my exam) did not tell me streak ovaries but they described the pathological appearance using some difficult terms

i knew somebody would come up with this..Down's is the most common chromosomal abnormality seen at birth...45,X in Spontaneous abortions...i am sure on this..here's a reference..

Hope this will clear ur doubts..it gives another interesting fact too...Trisomy 16 is the most common trisomy seen in spontaneous abortions..

Autosomal trisomies are the most common chromosomal abnormalities observed in abortions But Collectively

Monosomy X is the most common single chromosomal abnormality seen in aborted fetuses

This is classical USMLE question
What is the most common chromosomal anomaly seen in aborted fetuses and the answer is Trisomy 16 next is XO
