but still this is correct option

Pontine myelinolysis is a complication of rapid correction of hyponatremia with hypertonic fluids. Isotonic fluids don't cause myelinolysis.

I will go with B. Our primary concern is rapid IV fluid resuscitation in this hemodynamically unstable patient.
