Does any one know if university of Maryland offers IM residency positions to IMGs?

During the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 they did not have a single IMG in their IM residency program.

The only IMG I have noticed is a third year resident from University of Nairobi.

So you know the odds now!!
