Hi everybody ,
I think we all hear about how it's difficult to steep the night before the exam
so Did anyone try to use Zolpidem ?:scared:
as we know it's a BZ1 receptor agonist & has a little to no effect on the cognitive function

Just an Idea ....so if anybody tried it plz tell us
Thanks

Don't try new

I suggest you try taking it now. See if it works with you and see if you wake up alert and active.

Do not do something new before the exam, it might prove disastrous :scared:

Even if people tell you here that they used it and it worked for them, it might not be the case for you. We all have different pharmacokinetics!

Also, I suggest you try natural anxiolytics on the big night, such as going for 30 minutes exercise, hot bath, watching old movie, ...etc

Hi.. Zolpidem is a nice drug to induce sleep. But make sure u sleep atleast for 7-8 hrs after this or u may not feel that fresh. But in routine natural sleep is the best so as to have sufficient REM ( to consolidate memory ) which is in the last part of night,, so try sleeping for 8 hrs. And it may cause some decrease in REM,, so why take chances??? But not a bad idea before exam if u re not sleepy at all !!!!! Good luck ! :)

NEVER!

drugs are exogenous chemicals, you may take the drug a 100 times and still end up with a different out come the 101 time! just keep normal, try to avoid caffeine the last two weeks before the exam , sleep early the last two weeks and try to go to sleep the same time everyday .. i think you'll be fine!

Never use BZD's the night before exams. As suggested above, use the above techniques.

Someones, people report getting ''hangover'' like symptoms (headache etc.)

Dont wanna risk that when you're going to be shitty bricks during the exam :))
but zolpidem doesn't cause hangover! I do agree though that one shouldn't risk it the night before the exam. I do know a few friends who took propranolol, and according to them it really helped in lowering the anxiety.

That's odd, because one of my classmates actually took it and ended up feeling groggy the day of the exam. Maybe an idiosyncratic reaction? who knows.. I wouldn't risk it tho..
