A 20-year old athlete, who has a long history of tinea pedis infection, develops pain and fever in his right foot. Examination reveals signs of acute inflammation of the foot and extended up to the leg with tender right inguinal lymph nodes. What is the most likely organism responsible for these new symptoms?
