I am an IMG, done with my step one. my medical credentials are verified by ECFMG and my form 186 is valid till 2015. I've finished submitting the online application using IWA for CS.

Just wanted to know if I have to also submit any documents by mail?

Once you receive the scheduling permit there's no further paperwork and you can go and schedule your exam at any time during your 12 months of eligibility period.
