do the score of usmle world change if you answered unused only questions
or all(unused and used) .
it make difference in my accumulative performance .

Yes, the score changes. So if you got a Q wrong, then you got it right the next time, it will be saved as correct, and your score will rise. And vice versa.

That's why it's better to do unused questions first to get a true estimate of your cumulative score.
