That could be out dated now, people are coming back and saying the new Kaplan Qbank is looking more like the exam now.
I'd do both even if it means pushing the date back a month.

I agree - do both. Kaplan's qbank is worth finishing - it is a good bank and you will learn a lot of things from it - uworld is to be used more as a textbook than as a resource to gauge how much you know.
I think a lot of people are saying that the exam difficulty is comparable to Kaplan, while UWorld is more difficult than the real thing. If I were you I'd go with UWorld, it supposedly has better explanations, and I would rather do something that's more difficult than delude myself with a easier Qbank.
somehow my personal fav is kaplan q bank not because it's lil bit easy but because questions are pretty conceptual and i learn from my mistakes while doing kaplan.in u world most of the times questions seem so out of the box that even after reading the explanations i feel as if question was not conceptual but a trick question.still do both of them for peace of mind!!!

Most people do it the other way, but I think either way is fine. As long as you cover the material from both banks and look at the explanations you'll be fine...
so i am planing on doing USMLE world first n then do kaplan q bank rite b4 the exam i hope i am in a right track .....if i am not please correct me ...thnks again for ur replies
