Hey guys,

I finally got my permit but haven't scheduled a date yet. looking to set one up for late MAY. (about 2 and a half months to go still). I was wondering if you guys can advise me on what to do for my USMLE World QBANK ! I was planning on getting it starting March but I havent finished through my first read of Kaplan yet. I still have to finish Kaplan and then do CMMRS and RR for micro and path ! Please help !!

Is it ok to start UWorld along with my reading ? I can still start doing questions or blocks for the stuff that I've finished or do you recommend that I finish my first read and only then start Uworld ?

I'd say finish your first reading and then hit on UW

You can get back to kaplan after uworld, this way you'll know what points to stress on.

When are you planning on taking your exam ?
I was thinking the same thing, whether we should do UWorld after 1 or 2 reads of Kaplan. Are you also doing RR? I feel like its very time consuming to do the whole book though!

I haven't planned when Im going to be taking the exam, i'm hoping late may or june. Hopefully, I have 2 or maybe 3 reads of Kaplan and FA done by then.

Im reading relevant FA after I finish the subject in Kaplan so it counts as a read I guess. So in the end, I will only read FA and leave Kaplan (after a couple of reads)

I've read RR once, page to page, but, seems that i've forgotten EVERYTHING . So I think i'm going to just stick with Kaplan LN for pathology (lots of people have gotten 99's with only Kaplan!)
