Hi !!!

Guys, could you please explain, what is the cause?
How vena cava obstruction can be the cause of secondary hyperaldosteronism?
Vena vaca obstruction will decrease the venous return and consequently COP will drop and so the renal blood flow which will activate renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system

It's indirect way but that what I understood any other answer !!
