If you are graduate, ecfmg has to make sure that you are one. you will have to send copies of your final medical diploma to them, and they will send back one copy to your school + a release form signed by you which implies that you agree that your school release your information to ecfmg, Your school must reply to ecfmg and enclose your final medical school transcript (the paper with your scores and subjects you took).
