wanted to know what u guys think abt the kaplan video lectures for step 2ck..
are the worth it ..as good as step 1 ...and if so which subjects are an absolute must via video ...
all help appreciated...

the ck videos for kaplan are great (even the old ones)...once you have a good grasp on things however, I would focus my attention on UWORLD.

i think the kaplan videos are a waste of time as they do not going into enough depth to help you answer usmle questions. the usmle lecture videos i often mention are paul bolin's, but i recently found out about another great youtube channel by the university of louisville. the videos are free, so if you're interested, check out the links below...

are you serious they dont go in depth enough?? i thought the kaplan videos where the most in depht of all review courses..

hey, from my experience, the info in the videos didnt even help me answer uworld questions. that was a couple years back.... you can assess them for yourself now. i will say that the surgery and ob/gyn videos were good for laying down a foundation though.
