QUESTION 1: the answer should be cellular proliferation inside lymph nodes, since the lymphatic supply of the foot is to the inguinal lymph nodes and this could be a case of neglected foot injury with superadded infection.

QUESTION 2: for this question most probable answer is multiple polymorphism.
as liver can produce different isoenzymes.
Allelic exclusion is responsible for the antigen receptor specificity in Antigen presenting cells.
Hypervariable Dna is the mitochondrial dna.
Pseudogenes are dead end genes(genomic fossils) , not responsible for any protein coding.
