2. and should i spend money on these books or should i buy online qbanks?? what do u prefer?

Online Uworld is highly recommended. Other options are Kaplan qbank & usmle consult.

Hi in terms of question books there are many of them but few suggested include:

1) Kaplan Qbook
2) Pre-test series for all subjects
3) Robbins Review of Pathology for Pathology
