hey, I heared that alot of residencies in USA are comptetive for an IMG ?

1st I heared about plastic and orthopedics then the list started to increase till lastly I started to wonder if there's any residency that's not impossible for an IMG :toosad::toosad:

so, I wanna know all of the highly competetive residencies .. and if there is a chance for an IMG to get into any of them ?? and if there's a chance.. how could I prepare for it?
my dream is to get residency of neurosurgery but I keep hearing it's nearly impossible:toosad:

I think it is better to list the less compettive residencies
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Pediatrics.

But it worths to say, that some of the competitive residencies are still not impossible if you have 250+ in both Step 1 & 2 in addition to researches with publications.

General Surgery is very competitive...but it is less competitive relatively when compared to Dermatology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery...
