Guys I was doing some questions in FA questions and answers and I found that Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) typically presents as multiple non-enhancing T2-hyper-intense lesions????? What does that mean????? I don't get the T2?????
Maybe I am to tired know and my brain is not working good.
Someone???????

Yeah - I was going to tell you T2 are MRI at the T2 level but you discovered this already

T2 and T1 are two different modes in MRI.
One is better for intracellular edema and the other for hemorrhages or something like that.....I learnt it in radiology internship a yr ago, keep forgetting which is which.
