Guys I was doing some questions in FA questions and answers and I found that Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) typically presents as multiple non-enhancing T2-hyper-intense lesions????? What does that mean????? I don't get the T2????? :confused::confused::confused:
Maybe I am to tired know and my brain is not working good.
Someone???????

Yeah - I was going to tell you T2 are MRI at the T2 level but you discovered this already :)
T2 and T1 are two different modes in MRI.
One is better for intracellular edema and the other for hemorrhages or something like that.....I learnt it in radiology internship a yr ago, keep forgetting which is which.
