What pathway for incoming Fellowship? (not Match)

If applying for ECFMG certification for purposes of a fellowship (post-training) starting 2 years from now, which pathway does one apply to? The Pathways process appears more relevant for those applying to Match/Residency :S

I'm a UK national, graduated medical school in 2012 in an accredited London school.
