hi
i dont think u should study the notes on alternate days. i think u should study everyday (not till its over taxing but a good 8 to 10 hr per day study is excellent). and if u have the vids u should watch them whilst studying the notes. so when u've watched the video u can speed up reading the notes or u can do it vice versa. then at the end of a particular subject u should do the Q-book questions for that subject.
the order that i went with:
physiology, anatomy, biochem, behavioral science, microbio, path, & pharmaco.
u can choose yr own order. some prefer to do the tougher subjects in the beginning because it takes more time to understand. I left the huge subjects (path and pharmaco) to the end because usually there's a huge percentage of path questions in the real usmle exam and so i can remember it better by doing it later. also if u have the time definitely, repeat all the notes again (with or without the videos) and definitely try and memorize FA.
towards the end (or whenever u feel comfortable or ready), u should subscribe to the UW and/or NBME online to do some questions there. they are more closely related to the exam. it can help u predict where u stand (a preliminary score to the real exam) so u know what areas u need to improve on and how to go about it.
last but not least, NEVER leave anything to the last minute. stop procrastinating (not that i assume u are) and start today!
good luck!
