What to write down prior to walking in for the patient encounter.

I read it is a good idea to write down notes/rubrics/mnemonics prior to walking in. Just wanted to know what has helped people to stay on track and ask the correct questions ... I read someone wrote down LIQORAAA and PAMHUGSFOSS prior to each patient encounter that helped him stay on track.

Thanks!

Yep those two are very helpful
And omitt some of the questions according to the cc
personally I divided the blue sheet into 4 squares
I put those two mnemonics on the left 2 squares

Then put + and - in the right upper squre putting positive and neg symptoms under + or - headings

And reserved the right lower square for bad habits and counseling (TADES-tobacco alc drugs exercise sex)
