ok so here is my schedule

feb>usmle step 2cs
november-december>interviews
june>start the residency

so what visa should i get for each visit
is there a visa for both CS and interviews

what is good during the residency take step 3 and get h1 visa or applying for the green card

another thing
when i start the residecy i will come with my spouse what visa should i get for her and for how long that will be

For the CS exam you have to apply for B1/B2 Visitor Visa.

For the residency you have to apply for either H1B or J1 Visa.

H1B visa is better because then you may have the chance to get a green card.

For both H1B and J1 Visas you can bring your spouse with you.

and by

you mean that she can come with me with my h1b visa or i have to get another one for her

she just accompanying me and not MD

what is the difference between b1 and b2 and which is better

For the interview you also apply for B1/B2 Visa.
B1/B2 Visa is actually one type of visitor Visa they just call it like that.

You can either apply for your spouse at the same time and they give her the Visa or you can apply for her after you come to US.

what visa to apply J1 or H1

suppose if your spouse is also a doctor what visa you shall be looking for to apply J1 or H1
my spouse also want to do residency there so what should i apply for?
