Sorry...but I have been looking to see how to edit the poll but at the moment cannot find a way. If you know how please let me know and I will surely add it.
What is clinical review by the way?? Please provide us with more info!
dr.red course or archer course has best video lectures for step 3. CCS workshop is loaded with good tips to get more from CCS
kaplan has more content but the archer lectures given the price advantage is something you can consider over kaplan.

I attended ccs workshop from dr.red yesterday , it provided great orientation and practice for ccs, i could completely understand the Gist of CCS and oh boy!...., so many things to be changed in the new CCS software from next week . The New CCS is a bomb. It is changing in Real time difference only but it will affect the speed a lot. I am scared of these 10 minute cases but dr.red made it look so simple to practice with his amazing speedy approaches that we can apply to navigate faster.
Archer theory lectures are concise and great to understand for mcq, they are focused on highyield topics so, I am using it for a good portion of my step 3 review while practicing on kaplan and uw q banks. But dr.red says practicing CCS is really fastest way to pass this exam . Be well prepared with CCS and do Archer theory lectures and a q bank from kaplan or uw. These are very much enough!
CCS is one of the best short cut routes to pass Step 3 ...Dr.Red (Archer Step 3) course addressed this the best and the smartest short 36 hour lectures for mcqs on right on point. My motto is to do the best you can on CCS and optimal on MCQ

Agree with you...I think even after new changes, I heard CCS is still playing a huge role. I am doing Archer and UWorld, will revise with MTB in the end. Any thoughts?
Just finishing up Archer and UW. Best I believe is Archer which seems to cover fundamental concepts and basic sciences of Step3 very well.
Medquest is too out of sync with new step 3, deviates too much and does not focus on highyield.
Finishing up Archer, it is really useful both CCS and theory reviews.
I have one question, do they have Q-bank somewhere that is answered. I find questions on usmlstep3blog.com from Archer but all of them do not have answers
