When is the latest possible timeline for taking Cs this year? I.e.2016 match, the one starting in this september.
some people say July, some say june, I'm confused and I don't have enough ti,e to sudy for ck. Plz....Ans will be greatly appreciated

Hey Coccidioda, somebody tell me that receive an email from ECFMG as report, that you can apply for Match, but take angagement that you should have results of Step 2 CS on your hands...

yes you can apply, but most hospitals wont even give you an invitation if you are not ecfmg certificated, to be certificated you need step 1, 2 ck and cs scores, and 10 days later you get it.. so in order to have a chance in next years match ppl should take CS before july 11

You think it's still posible to take both 2 cK and 2 Ck until 11 of July?

With the introduction of the restructured Step 3 examination in 2014, the USMLE program no longer requires examinees to apply for Step 3 under the eligibility requirements of a specific medical licensing authority.

All other Step 3 eligibility requirements (i.e., medical degree, passing Steps 1-2, ECFMG certification for IMGs) remain applicable, as do all other USMLE program requirements (e.g., no more than 6 attempts at a Step or a Step component).

You think it's still posible to take both 2 cK and 2 Ck until 11 of July?

yes of course, what you can do is pay fo CS NOW, and take in in mid may, and take CK by the first week of august! you will be on time for the application process.
Also what I do is study for both simultaneously, from 8-4 pm CK, 4-9 pm CS..
