Ok I was doing the FA cases with my friend and there was a case of fatigue that was clearly due to depression.
Then FA said I should have asked about snoring which was present in that case which makes me think of obstructive sleep apnea as the cause of his fatigue!
How do I suspect this, should I ask about snoring in every case

Obstructive sleep apnea should be in your differential diagnosis in any case of fatigue.
Also, you should ask about sleep disturbance in every case and they'll hint you about the snoring someway or another.
