Start now

The sooner you start doing questions the better.

Questions give you a sense of the real exam and can even influence the way you read the books because you start to know how they ask and so what to focus on and what concepts to master.

I'd say start the qbanks right now and don't postpone it further.

You may start slowly (25-50 questions per day) and gradually speeding up your pace towards the exam day.

Agree completely - question banks are turning into essentially textbooks to some degree so you have to start with them and read explanations thoroughly asap.
Qbanks are really a must have, but in my opinion one should have one thorough review of subjects before doing them. I would say that then you can easile have big picture where to ad the high-yield facts.

you just gave me the clue on how to start ---
*Start a topic with FA while consolidating with other resources (sticking to strictly 2- kaplan / Pathoma)
*Do questions and note right and wrong answers
*cycle tru each topic
*NBMEs
*face FA fully while noting weak areas to consolidate
*QBanks
*FA

PLEASE EXPERTS, IS THIS FEASIBLE IN A 6 MONTH SPAN WITH LIKELYHOOD OF ABOUT 4HRS IN A DAY?

This is an advice from my personal experience. Start the Q banks as early as possible. Do a quick review first and then go straight away to questions. Take notes when you are doing the questions and convert your Q bank into a study material.

would you advise a quick review with just FA and then take notes when doing the Q banks before consolidating with resources like kaplan/pathoma?

Thanks

What I would advise is, buy uworld for 6 months. Do a quick review of FA (u don't want to start off without any clue about each subject) and then start doing uworld subject wise or topic wise (ur wish) and then supplement it with Kaplan and goljan. Then u can reset the questions (possible only with 6months subscription or more ) and then do FA once again.

I hope this helps :) All the best ! Study well !
