where to take step 3?

hi all
i want to ask if anyone know where is the best state to take step 3 ?

i had multiple attempts in my step2 and i want to make sure to pass it in the first time. so kindly if anyone can advise me regarding my step3 where to take it. thanks

It deosn't matter

It does not matter where you apply. You can apply in any state that accepts IMGs without licensing such as California or Texas.

After your application is accepted you can take the exam in any Prometric center anywhere in USA.
