A?

stress? when u're stressed, cortisol increases, causing it to suppress the immune system. also, access intake of steroids eventually causes one to be more prone to infection due to suppressed immune system.

I have the impression that the question is a little too obvious. Isn't there any trick or something? Anyway I am comfortable with A-stress
yeah because if its diet then it wont be a direct immediate influence anyways. wont it take a while? whereas stress is immediate. just like u could never pee when u are stressed or angry. these are direct internal influences.

and i read the article by the cleveland clinic. yes diet does affect it but long term. its something we should practice all the time. and the article also mentions trying to relax a lot because stress influences immune system too. so the article linked really doesnt give a definite answer.

what is the answer by the way?
