A 44 yo male who is suffering from lukemia developed a generalized body rash. The rash described as multiple erythematous patches. Some of the patches have central pale eroded areas. This condition could be due to which of the following?

A- Ebstien bar virus
B- Cytomegalovirus
C- Human papilloma virus
D- Herpes simplex virus
E- Molluscum contagiosum virus

I think the answer is D, Herpes Simplex virus
Because the question seems to describe Erythema Multiforme and of all the options listed only herpes can trigger EM lesions.
