these are the reasons I get questions wrong:
1. Did not read the whole question and answered too quick
2. Did answer with first answer
3. Changed Answer
4. The picture and over thought the question, like no it could not be this because this is the boards!
these are the top reasons with one more
5. I had no idea what the answer would be ( the most obvious reason)
Understand, NBME USMLE question writers see this as a "FUN Challenge"
They love to write hard confusing answers and take pride in failing students.
Its like a "I'm smarter then you" game for them.
Work at it and beat the game
