hey!!

i saw alot of ppl get 99's yesterday..but why is the 3 digit score so low...any specific reason..time of the year or has it bcum difficult just generally??

There isn't an official explanation, but the logical reason is that the exam has become more difficult in a sense that less people are getting high scores. So when someone gets 228, his/her level is comparable to someone who got 236/99 a few years ago. No injustice is in work here, because the 2-digit score reflects the overall comparative performance. So both of those candidates have an equal performance.
