I am giving step 1 in Sep'10. And I'll be giving step 2 in Nov'10. And if everything workout fine I'll give Step 2 CS by 30th Dec deadline.
In this case can I apply for Scramble only. And if yes, do I stand a chance to match?

To be honest with you I think your chances are very low.

The scramble match in 2010 was very limited with less than 2000 seats available and tons of people applying to it.

This is expected to be even harder in 2011.

I suggest you postpone your application to September 2011.

No need to hurry up with the exam, read carefully and ace the scores.

After finishing the exams you can do some USCE.
