I took my exam on 14/12 and I'm wondering if there will be a delay cause of the Christmas vacation or that will not affect it? is it really 3 weeks or sometimes more?

Yes. They don't work on Christmas and New Year holidays.

You'll most probably get your results on January 11th. But anyway check your email on January 4th also just in case. (results are out on Wednesdays only)
