its given that X inactivation is fixed. that is the same x chromosome is inherited to all the descendants of the cell.
But my doubt is...Will the same inactivated X chromosome[barr body] is inherited to the offspring? and if yes, in the offspring also, will it continue to be barrbody?
because it is given that being barrbody is just random that takes place in blastocyst. so if baby got barbody of mom, will it continue to be barbody ?
