Default What is more important in LOR ?

Hello everyone
I have a question regarding LOR in the PD eyes ?
What is more important?
Is it the institution where I did the observership or externship OR is it the writer OR is it the content ?
Could you please order them?
thank you

Program Directors do not want to see observerships. They want externships where you have received hands on experience. The rotation must be from an institute that is acgme accredited. Then of course a good review within the content of the physician written LoR. Focus your efforts on gaining hands on experience that will strengthen your CV for the Match!
