Default Help with finding a psych externship/observership

I realize its my sole responsiblity to search for and find one. But,currently I'm at a stage too desperate and just lost. I've been trying continuously for past 2 months to get hold of an opportunity to shadow and emailing 100s of doctor. Unfortunately, i couldnt get any. I'm broke at this point financially and cant manage to pay much. If anyone knows a private practice doctor or some program that is affordable, I'd be extremely grateful if you could pm me or drop a msg here. Again, I realize I'm asking too much of a favor and I'm sorry about that. I'm back in my home country and out of options now.

Default USCE

It is a constant struggle to get rotations. Shadowing will not give you the usce that is needed for the match. You must gain hands on experience with well LoRs. Residency Program Directors will see the private practice observership and not like.

Thanks. Unfortunately with the b1 visa, maximum stay is 6 months and these program offer for longer periods(5 and 12 months respectively) I have seen these programs since these are the first things that pop up on Googling USCE psych(and that's the only thing I've been doing for the past 2 months). Thanks again. Really appreciate the help. I also saw the ones in LIJ and St Elizabeth but have issues with visa duration.if you may know any others, please let me know. Thankyou
