Default About gaining externship rotation through agencies

Wanted to know if doing externships through one of the agencies will be considered as a hands on clinical experience.

Yes it is considered as hands on rotations, but it depends on whether the experience was in a hospital or a clinic. About do you receive the LOR at the end of the rotation.
