What is the most likely Diagnosis of this patient ?

D) Ca Stomach
E) Horse-Shoe Kidney

lol...o trust me dear..the exam is really a piece of cake if u study well..
btw..would u believe me when i tell u that i got exactly this same CT in my step1 exam..:-) i had no clue what it was...but just when i gave up and moved to the next question,i suddenly realized..hey.looks like a pan cake..lol..and i clicked "Turner Syndrome" in the answer option..i hope u know the association :-)

The prevalence of horseshoe kidneys in females with Turner Syndrome is about 15%
