Hi,

I've seen good book with one of my friends:
Crush Step 1: The Ultimate USMLE Step 1 Review

I was woundring who used it, and do you recommend it ?

It is definitely a solid review book, it has quality pictures and consolidates concepts you still don't have a full grasp of. Don't try to replace First Aid with Crush Step 1, instead if you liked the book use them both side by side. I think both books complement each other. Honestly I regret not discovering it anytime earlier, would have been more beneficial.
