It looks pretty good but I don't know much about it because most people I talk to use Kaplan vids and lecture notes to learn important material, and then follow it up with the basic first aid. So I'm just going to do what's been proven by the majority.

I guess you can use it if you're short on time perhaps? It does look really good to me
