Kids Child developmental milestones

If a 2 year old boy has a vocabulary of 100 words and is starting to use 2 word sentences, is his language development normal or delayed?

Default Child language development mnemonic

I have a mnemonic for that
2 year child can speak 2-words sentences and 100-300 (2 zeros) vocabulary
3 year child can speak 3-words sentences and over 1000 (3 zeros) vocabulary

so the child you mentioned is normally developed
