Default Need some serious help, Step 1 study

Hi i usually lurk on the step 1 forums, but now i need some advice.
I am an USIMG currently studying for Step 1. Planning to take it in middle of February-Early March if NBME scores are high enough.

12/1 NBME 11 260- 177 Fail I studied 3 months before taking this NBME. This was after reviewing Kaplan lectures, CMMRS, Pathoma, and completing some Uworld questions. I can say after completing Kaplan lecture notes i didn't remember a thing. I was probably studying too passively and thought i could remember the material. I feel like i wasted 3 months by being distracted with family issue, studying too passively, and just not focusing.
12/30 NBME 12 430- 204 so i improved a little bit, but it is still a low score.
I have completely first pass of UW with average of 60%, mostly were in tutor mode.
My question is should i redo uworld questions and focus on FA and Pathoma or should i start a new qbank like USMLErx just so i can do more questions? Any chance i can pull my score to around a 230?

I would love some advice. Thanks!
