Arrow "Anki" software for flashcards

Hi guys!

I just found a software to make and review flashcards.
It's called "Anki". I read about it in one guy's blog about his usmle prep.
(you can download it for free at http://ankisrs.net/)

Is anyone else using it?

You can download different decks of cards, e.g. I downloaded a biochem deck which contains 449 cards.
Just thought it might be helpful for some of you as well!
