I am an Indian medical student searching for electives i didn't appear for TOEFL And i will be giving my step 1 in octo. Please can anyone help me ....anyone who recently got elective or any international medical student or any seniors have any idea about getting electives please help me.Thanks in Advance

I just see that they offer only observership/shadowing, no clinical electives ??

You can only do observership at AGH, but they do take a ton of IMGs so it maybe worth doing one here if your step score is good. Most medicine residents I worked with had around 225-235 step 1 score.

I am not sure but that observership means hands-off USCE right?

If that is so, I am still a student can you point me to somewhere where I can apply for Electives or Externship hands-on!
