I am an Indian medical student searching for electives i didn't appear for TOEFL And i will be giving my step 1 in octo. Please can anyone help me ....anyone who recently got elective or any international medical student or any seniors have any idea about getting electives please help me.Thanks in Advance

are you looking for electives in usa? what city?
I did some at allegheny general hospital in pittsburgh. they also have a lot of IMGs as residents |

You can only do observership at AGH, but they do take a ton of IMGs so it maybe worth doing one here if your step score is good. Most medicine residents I worked with had around 225-235 step 1 score.
