Hi, I have a one year internship in my home country, 12 months, two days weekend every week, I was wondering if I wanted to prep for my step 1 can I still hit the gym five times a week ? I really need the gym but I think it will affect my studying time!! I'm confused between neglecting my body but achieving my dream and between building a healthier body and being late in my study plan ?! How do you guys balance between your lives and step 1? How many hours do you usually study per day?

You know what the difference between successful and not successful people?
Not successful persone only telling that he or she doesn't have time or money or something else. Successful persone not telling this he is just doing this. So gym is so important for you find time, it's not so hard. |
