UsmleRX and Kaplan Qbank offer year long subscriptions for only $199, which is a steaaal. This allows you to use them all along your studies topic by topic and then you can use it again near the end if you need more questions since near the end you won't remember all those thousands of answers anyway and it'll be like doing brand new questions.

Use usmlerx if you want to use it to memorize and help bang home key points into your head. It won't help you understand stuff because I feel the explanations are a bit weak, but it will help you rehash items in your brain which you forgot or skipped over.

Kaplan Qbank is harder, but it's better for understanding key points because the explanations are great and can be very detailed. You can also pick the level of difficulty. You can do easy and medium questions chapterwise and at the end of the whole subject when you feel confident
in it go over the harder questions to really put yourself to the test.

If you reallllly wanna memorize things and bang them into your head repetitively until the point that you can remember every little tiny detail, look into gunnertraining, however be warned that gunnertraining requires multiple months of commitment to be fully effective and does require a massive daily time commitment.

All my AMG friends have used it a lot... I'm still testing it out, but not too sure if it's good for an IMG who needs to learn concepts extensively. It seems to be more for someone who knows everything and just needs it for rote memorization purposes.
