what does 2 years out of med school mean?
Hi,
I have a question. When residency programs write that IMG shouldn't be more than 2 years out of med school. Does it mean 2 years when applying or 2 years when starting the actual residency? :D Because let's see: I'll finish school in 2 years. Then I will have to get some USCE and LoR and everything. So I cannot apply that year. If I apply the year after that in the fall, the results are in march and you start residency in the summer after you apply, right? - will that be considered 1 or 2 years after med school? I am confused :D |
