Default Q.NT changes in parkinson dz?

Q. What is the cause for increased serotonin in parkinson disease?Any pathophysiology that explains its increase? There is an increase and decrease of different NT's in different neurological disorders (FA>neurology>Neurotransmitters) and I could find explanation for most of the conditions but didn't understand how 5-HT increases in parkinson disease.Does anybody have explanation for this one.Thanks.
